How does the delivery process work?

• Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
• After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
• Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility.In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

How are items packaged?

• At shiseido.in we use state of the art packaging to give our esteemed customers a Premium experience. We package your order in a sturdy premium box. Each premium box is then placed carefully in a corrugated box for added security. Our top-notch packing ensures that there’s no damage to the product throughout it’s journey.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We usually deliver orders within 2-6 business/working days from the date of order (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

• While we stick to our commitment orders can get delayed due to external factors including but not limited to natural calamities, local strike, vehicle restrictions, fire, riots, etc. Although we endeavour to deliver the products on time, we are not liable for any delay in delivering the products
• If you are ordering our products during key sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. Although we target to dispatch the order as per normal TAT but increased volumes might lead to additional 2-3 business/working days from the normal delivery timelines.

My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?

Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations.
